Welcome to Pact-Man

In this game, you will play as an aerospace startup founder seeking a $100 million Series A funding from an AI venture capitalist. Both you and the AI will try to maximize your score across 5 deal terms (e.g., equity %, board seats, etc.). Since your score sheets are different, you'll need to figure out where to push and where to concede.

Both parties have a BATNA (walk-away threshold) of 30 points — if your final score is below that, you're better off with no deal. Also, some options are "No Deal" for you and some are "No Deal" for the VC, and you can't accept those options.

Don't worry, everything will be more clear during the game, as you will have access to your score sheet with all the options and points for each term.
